九重町にある「九重“夢”大吊橋」は、高さ173m、全長390mの歩道専用としては「日本一の高さ」を誇る吊り橋です。
橋の上から見る眺めは壮観で、日本の滝百選の１つ「震動の滝」や、新緑と紅葉の名所「九酔渓」を望むことができます。特に秋は紅葉の新名所として、見頃を迎える11月上旬には多くの観光客で賑わいます。
