別府湾を一望する海岸線と美しい森に包まれた約2万坪の園内には、生きた土の力と有機肥料のみを使って栽培されるオーガニックハーブがすくすくと育っています。
園内で一番の人気はオールドローズやイングリッシュローズなど約600種1000株のバラを見ることができるローズガーデンで、一番の見頃は5月ですが、10月にも四季咲きのバラが満開になるなど1年を通して楽しむことができます。
「自然と調和しながら豊かに暮らすオーガニックライフの提案」というコンセプトのもと、バラやオーガニックハーブの育て方や利用法、ガーデニングなどを学べる新しいタイプの体験型ハーブ園です。
レストランでは、園内で採れたハーブを使った料理やスイーツを楽しむことができ、訪れる人に好評です。また、建物には木や石などの自然素材をふんだんに使われ、やすらぎに満ちた空間を創りだしています。
愛犬をリードなしで遊ばせられる『ドッグラン』もあり、自然に囲まれた約1,500m2の広さの中で、思う存分走らせることができ、ペット連れの方でも楽しめます。
